Director of Finance
The Director of Finance is responsible for the effective stewardship of financial resources in support of the goals, objectives, and mission of Emerald Youth Foundation (EYF) and Emerald Charter Schools (ECS).
Human Resources Coordinator
The HR Coordinator will assist with all onboarding functions of new volunteers, staff, and AmeriCorps members; and, support additional functions of Emerald Youth’s AmeriCorps program.
Soccer and Field Sports Ministry Manager
Develop, plan, and manage Emerald Youth Foundation’s city-wide, competitive, and urban middle schools’ soccer and field sports programs provided by Emerald Youth Foundation. The manager also oversees and manages all aspects of the organization of the Emerald Premier League.
Sports and Recreation Ministry Director - Lonsdale
Develop, plan, and manage sports and recreation programs for Emerald Youth Foundation’s assigned neighborhood, connecting and engaging with young people in the community, offering an avenue for youth to engage in multi-sport offerings, allowing them to become physically and spiritually active, and instilling life-long active lifestyles.
Facilities Coordinator - Lonsdale
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating direct services, maintaining assigned facilities for Emerald Youth Foundation.
Calling and Career Ministry Coach
Recruit and match Calling and Career Ministry students with volunteer Mentors. Serve as a Coach to students and as a Team Leader to volunteer Mentors.
Calling and Career Ministry Coordinator
Actively identify, recruit, engage, and support neighborhood high school students, primarily those already participating in JustLead and Emerald Youth Sports activities, and college students to use Calling and Career Center services.
Program Developer - Calling And Career Ministry
Oversee and develop the curriculum and resources for the Calling and Career Ministry, coach the operations of the Calling and Career Centers, develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate the continuous quality improvement of the ministry's programs, advancing the program’s ability to produce Godly, young adult leaders.
JustLead Ministry Director – East Knoxville
Provides Christian youth development and family leadership in a specific church or a faith-based organization, enabling youth to engage relationally and comprehensively in faith, learning, and health activities through Emerald Youth Foundation and partnering organizations, so they may enjoy the fullness of God, achieve developmental outcomes, and be prepared for leadership.
JustLead Youth Ministry Coordinator - Mechanicsville
The JustLead Coordinator will be responsible for the recruitment of youth and families to participate in the JustLead programs at their site, as well as volunteers to help support the ministry initiatives and for achieving assigned program goals.

Paid Afterschool Program Positions (for next school year)
Emerald Youth Foundation has multiple paid positions available this next school year through our AmeriCorps program.
AmeriCorps members are individuals who commit their time and skills to get things done for America. There are more than 80,000 Americans across the country participating in AmeriCorps each year. All of them are tackling different problems in different ways, and have dedicated their time and skills to serve. AmeriCorps members spend anywhere from three months to a year serving with a nonprofit, school, public agency, or community and faith-based organization.
Drivers will use Emerald Youth Foundation vehicles primarily after-school pick-ups and summer day camps as part of Emerald Youth's JustLead program. Position could also include field trips, transportation of staff for events, and other trips as needed.
Red Cross certified Lifeguards needed to support Emerald Youth Sports' Learn to Swim program for JustLead (elementary and middle school age) participants.
Swim Instructors needed to lead swim lessons as part of Emerald Youth Sports' Learn to Swim curriculum for JustLead (elementary and middle school age) participants.
